We are hugely excited to announce our partnership with The Big Heart Edit - a project borne out of a desire to help each other after the terrible impact COVID-19 has had on the world.

The Big Heart Edit is an Instagram-based auctioneer of unique items with giving at its core. Their aim is to raise money for charities that support vulnerable communities in the UK and abroad.

The pandemic has thrown the spotlight on social injustices and in turn there has been a collective shift to look outwards and to seek-out opportunities to support one another. The vision of TBHE is to become stakeholders for better lives and livelihoods with a mission to encourage shopping with a purpose, which is something that resonates strongly with our mission as a charity. We believe that it makes economic, social, moral, and environmental sense for resources to be spread more evenly throughout the world, so we were very excited when we were approached by TBHE to be part of this project.

Not only is the project a vehicle to encourage shopping with a purpose, it also provides exposure and a new platform for independent British and international brands, who have been bit hard by the impact of COVID-19, to an engaged audience.

In 7 days’ time (Sunday 14th February) they will be holding their first auction and all proceeds will go to Goods For Good to help us to continue our work supporting those in most need.

How it works:

1. TBHE team have curated a collection of aspirational brands and each brand has committed to donating one item to an auction with all the proceeds going charity.

2. Followers of TBHE channel will have the opportunity to bid on the lot in the auction over the course of a week.

3. Once the auction closes, the winning bidder will receive a message from TBHE team to notify them of their win and send them a link to honour their pledge. The chosen charity will receive 100% of proceeds once all the winning bidders have made their donations.
