Help shape the next phase of Goods For Good by growing the income and relationships that make our work possible.

Goods For Good is a UK humanitarian aid charity working with businesses to redistribute new surplus goods to charity partners supporting people facing poverty, displacement and crisis in the UK and overseas.

We are entering a period of transition and growth under our recently appointed CEO, Jo Godsmark. We are now looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to strengthen our fundraising and help deliver the charity’s next phase of development.

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for developing corporate partnerships, community fundraising, individual giving and fundraising events. You will have the opportunity to shape our fundraising strategy, build lasting supporter relationships and turn plans into action.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the development and delivery of an organisation-wide fundraising strategy and annual plan, with responsibility for agreed income targets.

You will grow income through corporate partnerships, community fundraising, individual giving and fundraising events, while strengthening donor journeys, stewardship and the effective use of our Beacon CRM.

You will manage and develop the Corporate and Community Fundraising Officer and work closely with colleagues leading trusts and foundations, marketing and corporate relationships.

The role offers the opportunity to shape how fundraising develops across Goods For Good. It would suit someone who can set direction while remaining closely involved in delivery, build strong relationships and identify opportunities for sustainable income growth.
