While we might not be able to tackle the root causes of why some people have so much and others have so little, there are practical things that can be done to redress the balance, making an enormous difference to individuals and communities living in extraordinarily difficult circumstances. Our ongoing initiatives, such as Sport For Good, Repurpose For and Labels For Good, are long-term projects are designed to create sustained positive impacts in communities by repurposing key essentials including clothing, bedding, footwear, hygiene goods. and toiletries. Each initiative enables our community donors and our corporate partners to support our ongoing efforts in these areas.
In contrast, our campaigns are swift, targeted responses to urgent crises. These include efforts like our Ukraine Relief Fund, established to support those affected by the war in Ukraine, and our 'Twelve Gifts of Kindness' Winter campaign in the UK, aimed at assisting individuals and families struggling with financial hardships during the Winter months. These campaigns are crucial in providing immediate support and relief to those in dire need.
Together, our initiatives and campaigns embody our commitment to both proactive development and reactive aid, ensuring we can support communities and individuals effectively and compassionately, no matter the circumstances.

But our cupboards are bare and we are in urgent need of toiletries and hygiene goods. Why not arrange a collection with friends, through a community group or in your workplace and help us continue our work, supporting children and families in crisis.
Back To School: Empowering Futures Through Education
Our Back to School initiative is designed to ensure that every child, regardless of their family's financial situation, has the necessary tools to succeed in their education. We support families in the UK and overseas as they prepare for the new school year. We collect and distribute backpacks, stationery, and other essential school supplies to families in need. Our goal is to alleviate some of the financial burdens that many parents face as the new school year approaches.
Labels For Good: Tackling Throwaway Fashion
Have you got designer clothes or accessories in your wardrobe that were an impulse buy, don't fit, are brand new or barely worn? Help us put a stop to throwaway fashion and divert goods from landfill by getting involved in our Labels For Good initiative. Donate your handbags and glad rags, your designer or vintage items for our eBay store and help us raise money for good!
Sport For Good: Enhancing Futures Through Sport
It can be hard to understand how much value something as simple as a pair of trainers can have, when clothing and footwear are basics we take for granted. But for many of the people we've helped support, they've provided purpose, hope and healing. That's why in 2021 we launched our Sports For Good initiative.Previous Campaigns
Ukraine Appeal
As well as supporting newly arrived evacuees in the UK, we have also set up aid hubs across the Polish border and a local feeding program in Ukraine.
Vodafone Charities Connected Campaign
As part of their Charities Connected campaign, Vodafone provided Goods For Good with 13,000 SIM cards with 20gb data, plus unlimited calls and texts for a period of six months which is activated on use. The SIM cards have been distributed to our UK charity partners who have been ensuring that vulnerable individuals, homeless individuals, refugees and Ukrainian evacuees are digitally connected.
The Big Heart Edit: Shopping With Purpose
In February 2021 we announced our partnership with The Big Heart Edit - a philanthropic organisation whose aim is two-fold; to raise money for charities that support vulnerable communities in the UK and abroad; and to encourage shopping with purpose.Keep in touch
