SOS & Crisis Response

From earthquakes to conflict in the UK and abroad, Goods For Good react quickly with humanitarian aid and kindness across 26 countries, applying our expert knowledge in SOS and crisis response  to deliver dignity and hope to children and families in their hour of need.

Goods For Good helps communities and individuals who have been affected by war, displacement, or poverty. We've supported thousands affected by the Afghan Refugee Crisis and responded swiftly to those affected by the war in Ukraine, supplying essential items and clothing to refugees and evacuees as they arrive in the UK. During the Haitian Earthquake in 2021 and Beirut disaster in 2020, we supported partners delivering medical aid and urgent supplies. Most recently we have  sent vital essentials, including medical supplies and hygiene products, to those affected by the devastating earthquake in Türkiye-Syria.

We supported over a million people through the pandemic and those seriously affected by the recessions caused by COVID-19.  And we continue to support those affected by the subsequent cost of living crisis in the UK, providing a lifeline of vital goods to those most in need. Below you will find details of some of the projects we have initiated or collaborated in to help those in desperate need.

A monthly donation is the most effective way to support our work. By joining our community of. monthly givers you're helping to provide essentials to people living in desperate circumstances and enabling them to take care of themselves and remain focused on their lives. Become a Friend of Goods For Good and provide hope to hundreds of people every year.

Winter Appeal - The Twelve Gifts of Kindness

We believe that in someone's hour of need, your support can be the most powerful force for positive change. When you donate £10 you’re not just helping us deliver a box containing crucial items such as blankets, bedding, and essential clothing and footwear, you’re also delivering an invaluable gift for those who need it most, providing comfort, hope, and a renewed sense of purpose.
