eBay Support Volunteer

Can you spare some time to help manage our eBay shop? This role is crucial for the charity as the money raised from our eBay shop helps us fund our work supporting vulnerable people around the world.

If you could give us your time, we will keep you busy and you can help us continue to raise much needed funds for the charity via our eBay shop.

Role Overview

The eBay Support Volunteer role is crucial for Goods For Good as the money raised from our eBay shop plays a pivotal role in funding our essential work. By helping us manage our eBay shop, you'll be contributing directly to our efforts to make a positive difference in the lives of those in need.

Your role will be predominantly home-based and will include:

  • Collecting goods from our facility in Watford
  • Photographing goods donated to our eBay store
  • Managing and updating product listings on our eBay store
  • Ensuring timely communication with buyers and addressing any inquiries
  • Coordinating with our team to efficiently fulfill orders
  • Posting items to purchasers (you will be reimbursed for postage costs)

Whilst training will be provided it is essential you are confident using a computer and own your own device. A familiarity of using eBay is also an advantage.
