Inspiring Hearts in Herts

We’re proud to announce that Goods For Good has won the awards for both Business of the Year West Herts, and Inspiring Business of the Year at this year's Inspiring Herts Awards.

On Saturday 24th June, a magical gala dinner was held at the Harry Potter Studios, London, to celebrate the Inspiring Hertfordshire Awards. Now in its 12th year, the  Awards focus on and celebrate the expertise, achievements and outstanding contribution that businesses and individuals make to the growth of Hertfordshire.  It was a huge honour to receive not one, but two awards for our contribution to Hertfordshire; Goods of Good received the Business Of The Year West Herts Award, sponsored by Alliance Intelligent Scaffolding and the special recognition award - Inspiring Business of the Year 2023, sponsored by SA Law and Viatris.

2023 has been a challenging year for Goods For Good; since January we have delivered £10 million worth of aid to 1 million vulnerable people at home and abroad, who desperately need our support. Responding to the needs of those in war-torn Ukraine, supporting families affected by the devastating earthquake in Türkiye-Syria, whilst helping UK families in poverty suffering through the cost-of-living crisis, Goods For Good is providing a lifeline of hope during the most challenging times our world has ever faced. So, to receive recognition for our work was a humbling experience.

Goods for Good stood out amongst all the very impressive winners for being able to do good in many directions all at the same time by relieving poverty and responding to humanitarian disasters in a way this is sustainable and helpful for the planet.

Tracy Lacey-Smith, SA Law Sponsor, Inspiring Business of the Year Award

Founder and CEO of Goods For Good, Rosalind Bluestone said of the success,"We are truly humbled and proud to receive this Inspiring Business of the Year Award. Our humanitarian aid efforts are relentless and far-reaching; from addressing the cost-of-living crisis here in the UK to tackling the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Ukraine. With the awareness gained from these awards we hope to attract more financial support from businesses and individuals."

The world is constantly changing, and the need to provide sustainable humanitarian aid for vulnerable people in extreme poverty is even more pressing. Our Humanitarian Aid Partnership is an ongoing commitment to improving the lives of people who are in need of help, providing a reliable and trusted source of essential supplies to those who require assistance during a crisis.
