Ways you can support our international aid efforts

We are currently taking donations for those affected by the conflict in Ukraine and the Türkiye-Syria Earthquake.

The goods we source are needs-led, so please be aware we can only accept goods that have been pre-identified, and will be accepted by local authorities. In the event that we are unable to send goods donated to their intended recipients or we have too many goods to send, we will operate with care and discretion to redirect them to others in need.

We are overwhelmed by the response to the earthquake in Türkiye and Syria. Since we announced our support, we have been inundated. With. Offers of goods, logistics and storage. We depend. On the goodwill. And collaboration of our corporate partners and the community; it's only with their support that we can help ease the unimaginable suffering of those affected.

What we need

Please be aware we are not currently in a position to accept second-hand goods. Due to strict border regulations we can only accept the following items: nappies, baby wipes, toilet paper, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, deodorant, soap, packs of tissues and feminine hygiene products. Please ensure all items donates are new and in-date.

There are a number of ways you can support us;  from sponsoring a box or consignment of aid, to donating toiletries and hygiene products. More information is provided below.

In just 92 hours Melanie and Alyson mobilised their friends, family and community to raise a staggering £7,610. Their CrowdFunder was set up to sponsor the transportation of relief goods to those affected by the Türkiye-Syria earthquake.

Cash donations

If you are unable to donate goods but want to help our efforts, you can make a cash donation. You can make a one-off donation or set up a Direct Debit. For as little as £15.00 you will be supporting our efforts responding to the needs of those who been affected by war, conflict or natural disaster.

What happens to your donation

Once we have enough items we will arrange for them to be collected from our Aid Hub in Northampton and delivered to our charity partners on the ground in the earthquake regions whilst we continue to send goods to Poland, Ukraine, and Moldova. We are currently unable to send aid directly to Syria due to the on-going war in rebel-held northwest of the country.
