At Goods For Good, we stand for the power of sports to bring communities together and have a lasting impact.  Through our Sport For Good initiative, a significant step has been taken towards empowering the youth of Gagauzia, with the launch of the region's first soccer school.  We are proud to support our charity partner Hope4's in this life-changing project in Moldova.

On Tuesday 5th September our CEO and Founder, Rosalind Bluestone MBE, and Head of Fundraising and Partnerships, Andrew Anastasiou, had the honour of attending an event at the House of Comms that truly embodied the spirit of compassion and support. Guests of Watford MP Dean Russell, the evening was nothing short of inspiring.

Goods For Good unites corporate and charity partners in a collaborative event that will impact hundreds of disadvantaged children in Hertfordshire, showcasing the transformative power of collective action.

In an interconnected world that transcends borders, Goods For Good has harnessed the power of collaboration to carve a unique path in the landscape of philanthropy. Over the past nine years, our journey has been defined  by a commitment to building a movement rooted in kindness and compassion, creating a lasting impact on vulnerable communities worldwide.

Goods For Good staff and Board of Trustees are working in partnership with our charity partner HRIF to identify the needs of those affected by the catastrophic Türkiye-Syria earthquake. The death toll is currently reported to be 33,000 and expected to rise. Insurance company Aviva, luxury department store Harrods, footwear brand Dune London, clothing apparel company UNIQLO and sport and footwear brand Nike, are amongst those organisations working with Goods For Good donating money, services and overstocked goods. Their support means life-changing essentials will reach families in need in some of the world’s most vulnerable places such as Ukraine, the Middle East, Nigeria and Moldova.

Thanks to funding from Sport England's Tackling Inequalities Fund, we are delighted to welcome Andrew Anastasiou to the team. Andrew joins the team as Programme Manager for our Sport For Good initiative and will be leading the design and development of the programme to provide aid to the most needy groups.

Sports programs can create stable and inclusive communities and have the power to create a significant social impact on individuals and communities alike. Working with organisations who support vulnerable communities we have recently launched the pilot of our Sports For Good initiative which will deliver sports kit and footwear, so those people in need so they have the means to access services and support networks available to them.
